Myths of Etheria is a low-rate Flyff V18 private server designed to deliver a nostalgic yet refined MMORPG experience. Our goal is long-term progression, fair gameplay, and a healthy community. By creating an account and playing on Myths of Etheria, you agree to follow these rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from penalties. The staff team reserves the right to interpret and enforce these rules to protect the server, its economy, and its players.

2.1 Account Responsibility Each player is responsible for the security of their own account. Sharing accounts is strongly discouraged and done at your own risk. The staff will not restore items, characters, or progress lost due to account sharing. 2.2 Multiple Accounts Multiple accounts are allowed unless otherwise restricted by specific game systems. Abuse of multi-accounts to gain unfair advantages (e.g. farming events, bypassing limits) is prohibited. Staff may impose restrictions if multi-account usage harms server balance. 2.3 Account Trading & Selling Selling, buying, or trading accounts for real money or external goods is strictly forbidden. Accounts remain the property of the Myths of Etheria server.

3.1 Exploits & Bugs Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics is strictly prohibited. Any discovered bug must be reported to the staff immediately. Deliberate abuse of bugs may result in severe penalties, including permanent bans. 3.2 Cheating & Third-Party Software The use of any unauthorized third-party software is strictly forbidden, including but not limited to: Bots or macros Speed hacks Damage hacks Packet editors Memory manipulation tools Automation tools not provided by the server Even attempting to use such tools may lead to permanent bans. 3.3 Client Modifications Visual-only modifications (e.g. UI skins) may be allowed if they do not alter gameplay. Any modification that provides an advantage is prohibited. When in doubt, ask the staff before using modifications.

4.1 Fair Economy Myths of Etheria is designed with a balanced, long-term economy in mind. Market manipulation, price fixing, or artificial scarcity is prohibited. Duplication of items, penya, or resources will result in immediate punishment. 4.2 Real Money Trading (RMT) Trading in-game items, penya, or accounts for real money or external services is forbidden. This includes PayPal, crypto, gift cards, or any external currency. Any involvement in RMT may result in permanent bans of all involved accounts.

5.1 Respect & Communication All players must treat each other with respect. The following behaviors are not allowed: Insults, harassment, or personal attacks Hate speech, racism, sexism, or discrimination of any kind Threats or encouragement of real-life harm Excessive flaming or toxic behavior 5.2 Chat Rules Spamming, flooding, or excessive caps-lock is prohibited. Advertising other servers, websites, or services without permission is forbidden. Impersonating staff members is strictly prohibited. 5.3 Language English is the primary language for global channels. Other languages may be used in private chats or designated channels. Staff may moderate conversations that disrupt communication.

6.1 Fair PvP PvP is intended to be competitive but fair. Exploiting bugs or mechanics in PvP is forbidden. Coordinated abuse (e.g. griefing, spawn camping with exploits) may be punished. 6.2 Kill Trading & Abuse Kill trading to farm rankings, rewards, or achievements is prohibited. Any artificial manipulation of PvP systems will be penalized.

7.1 Event Participation Event rules may differ from general server rules and will be announced separately. Exploiting events or using multiple accounts to gain advantages is prohibited. 7.2 Rewards Event rewards are final and non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Staff decisions regarding event outcomes are final.

8.1 Staff Decisions Game Masters and administrators have the authority to enforce rules. Staff decisions are final. Arguing aggressively or publicly about punishments may result in additional penalties. 8.2 Abuse of Support False reports, harassment of staff, or abuse of the support system is prohibited. Repeated misuse may result in restrictions or bans.

Depending on the severity of the violation, penalties may include: Verbal or written warnings Temporary chat restrictions Temporary account suspensions Permanent bans Item or currency removal Reset of characters or progress Severe violations may result in permanent bans without warning.

The server logs gameplay data to ensure fairness and security. Logs may include login activity, trades, item movements, and combat data. These logs are used solely for moderation, security, and bug detection.

Myths of Etheria is a private server and may be modified, reset, or shut down at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent data storage. Virtual items and progress have no real-world value.

We reserve the right to modify these rules at any time. Changes will be announced via official channels. Continued use of the server after changes implies acceptance of the updated rules.
